** For final confirmation of your Student registration, a proof of status (an official letter written in English and signed by supervisor) should be submitted during registration process. The Congress Organizer reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case we do not receive the proper documentation.
*** The conference will be streamed live to Virtual participants. If you participate in Virtual format you also have the opportunity to send in an abstract for a poster. More information about presentation formats of posters will be sent out after Virtual abstracts have been reviewed and accepted.
REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Invoices with an address in the European Union must be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can be set up during the registration process.
An automatic generated email/letter of receipt will be sent to you upon completion of your registration.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment by credit card (available to all delegates)
All credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for internet purchases. All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
Payment by invoice
All payments must be made in Euros (€), except for residents of Serbia who should pay in local currency (RSD). After submitting the form, an automatic generated invoice with detailed instruction for payment by bank transfer will be sent to you via email. Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by May 31, 2024. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the Online Payment System. All charges and fees associated with the bank transfer are to be covered by the payee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy. A request for cancellation of the registration should be made to the secretariat via email at ecg2024@congrexpo.co.rs before April 24, 2024, 23:59 CEST. Refunds will be issued after the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros. ECG2024 Organizers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
In case of cancellation of participation, registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of 30 € per person until April 24, 2024 CEST. After that date, a refund of registration fees is not available.
